New Member Registration
Keep Er Lit training is open to all new members who wish to consider joining our club.
We have in place a pathways towards full membership that requires anyone seeking to join the club, to attend our weekly training over a 3week duration.
This allows potential new members to sample what we offer and make an informed decision, to see if what we offer meets your individual running needs and targets.
If, after this time you like what we offer, you will be given our official membership form to complete and begin your running journey with KEL.
This process is the same for both our junior and senior sections of our club.
If all this sounds good, please feel free to call down to our club training at any stage
Senior training is hosted at Gortgonis Track in Coalisland.
Tuesdays @ 7pm
Thursdays @ 6pm
Junior training is also hosted at Gortgonis track.
Monday 6:15 - 7:15pm
Long distance group - 2nd year +
Middle distance group - P7 & 1st year
Short distance group - P5 - P6
Wednesday 6:15 - 7:15pm
Long distance group - 2nd year +
Middle distance group - P7 & 1st year
Short distance group - P5 - P6
*Fundamentals group - aged 7-8 (P3 - P4)
*Those aged 7-8 training on Wednesday evenings only
Please be aware that our senior training caters for runners with current 5k times of 25mins and below. Please know your current 5k time so we can accommodate you within one of our training groups.
